Usually my clients feel a benefit from the first session, however some of the most dramatic results have come after the 2nd or 3rd. I would suggest you try at least 3 session. I offer a 15% discount for buying a 3 session package.

The process of taking someone from operating in force to operating in power is the most profound and satisfying thing I do with my clients. It takes more than just 3 sessions but the benefits are the most life changing of everything I do.

Overcoming traumatic experiences:

Many people have had experiences in their life which seem to alter the course of their lives. Often labeled Post traumatic Stress Disorder ( PTSD) . Sometimes extensive counseling does little if anything to change the impact. I have been finding that my approach allows me to find and deal with the root of the issue quickly and effectively. Significant results come usually in just one session. If the issue is a particularly sensitive one that you don’t even want to discuss, we can deal with it without going into any details about the incident or issue, by just identifying and dealing with the specific emotions surrounding it.

Dealing with depression:

Making the assumption that your depression is purely emotional can be a big mistake. I always test my clients to see what their number one health imbalance is. Often a high need for things like Omega 3 fatty acids can indicate that the depression is primarily physiological. A simple change in nutrition can have profound and cost effective results. other times there are powerful underlying emotional issues which need to be identified and released.
