Our website is very basic so we are not collecting any information from you when you visit, nor do we have a shopping cart using cookies.
If you opt in to our email list their will be an opt out button on every email. Currently I have been sending out very few emails to my coaching clients.
Any information we discuss during a session is held in the strictest confidence. additionally the techniques and nature of the coaching allow us to get the results we need without getting very personal if the client prefers not to.
